Salary: TT$5000

Job Description:  The personal assistant will provide administrative support through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Must familiarize themselves with a variety of field’s concept, practices, and procedures. Ability to effectively communicate via phone and emails to ensure that all their duties are completed accurately, in a timely manner and with high quality. Responsible for managing confidential and time-sensitive material. May be required to direct and lead the work of others. 


  • CSEC Passes in English A & Mathematics
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years working experience in the field or related area

  • Answer and direct phone calls

  • Take accurate notes
