Role Summary: Grafton Hotel is hiring Property Maintenance Staff to assist with daily upkeep, repairs, and technical support. This role is essential to ensuring the property remains safe, functional, and welcoming for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out routine maintenance, repairs, and installations.
  • Assist with electrical, plumbing, painting, and carpentry tasks.
  • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
  • Conduct regular inspections and report issues to supervisor.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in safe condition.
  • Support preventive maintenance programs.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in property maintenance
  • Strong technical skills and hands-on ability.
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.
  • Team player with good communication skills.

Desirable Qualities:

  • Multi-trade skillset (carpentry, painting, etc.).
  • Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work with minimal supervision.
