Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Events Coordinator to manage event planning, sales, and client relations for weddings, corporate functions, and special occasions. The successful candidate will drive event bookings, ensure smooth execution, and provide exceptional service from planning to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all aspects of events including weddings, conferences, and banquets.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to maximize sales opportunities.
- Prepare event proposals, contracts, and cost estimates.
- Liaise with internal departments (kitchen, housekeeping, operations) for event execution.
- Manage timelines, logistics, and on-site event supervision.
- Monitor budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve concerns promptly.
- Support marketing and promotional activities for events.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales, event coordination, or hospitality.
- Diploma or certification in Event Management, Hospitality, or Sales.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
