Location: Black Rock, Tobago (Applicants must be residents of Tobago or willing to relocate from Trinidad)

Role Summary: The Admin Assistant will provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth functioning of hotel operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a busy hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage correspondence, phone calls, and emails in a professional manner.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain records, files, and reports.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, interviews, and appointments.
  • Support the management team with document preparation and presentations.
  • Handle basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking.
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive hotel and staff information.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in administrative or clerical work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities.
  • High school diploma; Associate Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
