Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of the hotel. The successful candidate will ensure all departments operate smoothly, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations across all hotel departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance).
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve service issues promptly.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and operational costs efficiently.
  • Supervise and train department heads and staff.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality standards.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager on strategic initiatives.
  • Produce operational reports and recommendations for improvements.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years’ management experience in hotel operations.
  • Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or related field.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Desirable Qualities:

  • Hands-on leadership style with a guest-first approach.
  • Proven track record in improving service delivery and efficiency.
  • Ability to manage and motivate multi-department teams.
