Role Summary: Grafton Hotel is hiring Housekeeping Staff to maintain the cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms and public areas. The successful candidates will play a vital role in ensuring guests enjoy a welcoming and spotless environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and prepare guest rooms to hotel standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness of hallways, public areas, and facilities.
  • Replenish linens, amenities, and supplies as required.
  • Report damages, maintenance needs, and lost & found items.
  • Follow cleaning schedules and assignments.
  • Adhere to safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in housekeeping (hotel or similar environment).
  • Strong attention to detail and efficiency.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be flexible with working hours, weekends, and holidays.
