Role Summary: The Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The ideal candidate should take pride in their work, maintain a high level of cleanliness, and uphold the hotel’s service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to hotel standards.
  • Replace linens, towels, and toiletries as needed.
  • Restock room amenities and report missing or damaged items.
  • Notify maintenance of any repairs or safety hazards.
  • Follow proper procedures for handling lost and found items.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous attitude when interacting with guests.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Room Attendant or in housekeeping.
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety procedures.
  • Physically fit and able to handle repetitive tasks.
  • CSEC passes or equivalent level of education.
  • Certification in Housekeeping or Hospitality Operations is an asset.
