Role Summary: The Bartender will prepare and serve beverages while ensuring guests enjoy a friendly and efficient service. The role requires strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits, as well as the ability to create a lively and welcoming atmosphere at the bar.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Ensure accurate billing and cash handling.
• Monitor inventory levels and restock as needed.
• Check identification and follow all responsible alcohol service policies.
• Provide recommendations and engage positively with guests.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years’ bartending experience in a restaurant or hotel.
• Knowledge of cocktail recipes, wine, and beverage service.
• Certification in Bartending or Responsible Alcohol Service preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and nights.
