Role Summary: The Food and Beverage Manager oversees all dining operations to ensure quality service, profitability, and guest satisfaction. The position requires strong leadership, organization, and an understanding of modern dining trends and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage all F&B outlets, including restaurant, bar, and room service.
- Maintain quality control of food, service, and guest experience.
- Plan menus in collaboration with chefs and management.
- Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and cost control.
- Train and motivate F&B staff to maintain high service standards.
- Address guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years’ management experience in Food & Beverage or hospitality operations.
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or Culinary Arts.
- Strong leadership, budgeting, and staff management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety and alcohol service regulations.
