Role Summary: The Front Desk Agent serves as the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out experiences. This role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and attention to detail in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and handle check-in/check-out procedures efficiently.
  • Manage reservations, cancellations, and guest inquiries.
  • Handle payments, invoices, and maintain accurate guest records.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness.
  • Address guest concerns promptly to maintain a positive guest experience.
  • Uphold hotel standards and maintain a professional front desk appearance.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a hotel front desk or customer service role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • CSEC/GCE O’Level certification; additional hospitality training or certification preferred.
  • Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
