Role Summary: The Front Desk Agent serves as the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out experiences. This role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and attention to detail in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and handle check-in/check-out procedures efficiently.
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and guest inquiries.
- Handle payments, invoices, and maintain accurate guest records.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness.
- Address guest concerns promptly to maintain a positive guest experience.
- Uphold hotel standards and maintain a professional front desk appearance.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a hotel front desk or customer service role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- CSEC/GCE O’Level certification; additional hospitality training or certification preferred.
- Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
