Role Summary

Singh’s Auto Rentals is seeking a Senior Service Advisor with a strong mechanical background. The successful candidate must be male and will act as the main link between customers and the service workshop, ensuring vehicles are inspected, serviced, and returned to operational standards while maintaining excellent customer communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess vehicle issues and recommend appropriate repairs or servicing
• Liaise between mechanics and customers regarding service updates
• Prepare job cards, estimates, and service reports
• Monitor workflow and ensure timely vehicle turnaround
• Conduct quality checks on completed repairs
• Provide technical guidance based on mechanical expertise
• Ensure service standards and safety procedures are followed

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Service Advisor or in a senior mechanical role
• Mechanical background is mandatory
• Must be male
• Strong understanding of vehicle systems and diagnostics
• Excellent communication and customer handling skills
• Ability to manage multiple vehicles and priorities
