Key Responsibilities

- Process vehicle rental bookings and agreements
- Explain rental terms, policies, and charges
- Resolve customer concerns professionally
- Maintain accurate customer records
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy and data entry skills
