Role Summary: Le Grand Courlan Resort is seeking a highly capable Operations Manager to oversee the day to day operations of the resort. The successful candidate will ensure all departments operate efficiently while maintaining high service standards and exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of hotel departments including housekeeping, front office, and food and beverage
  • Ensure operational standards and service quality are maintained
  • Monitor staff performance and provide leadership to department teams
  • Manage operational budgets and resources
  • Address guest concerns and resolve service issues promptly
  • Implement operational policies and procedures
  • Prepare operational reports for management

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 2 years experience in hotel or hospitality management
  • Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or Hotel Management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem solving abilities
  • Knowledge of hospitality operations and service standards

Desirable Qualities
