Role Summary: Le Grand Courlan Resort is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance with labour regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Develop HR policies and ensure compliance with labour regulations
• Handle employee relations and workplace issues
• Coordinate training and staff development programs
• Oversee performance management and employee evaluations
• Support management with HR strategy and workforce planning

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 2 years experience in Human Resources management
• Degree or diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or Industrial Relations
• Knowledge of Trinidad and Tobago labour laws and HR practices
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
