Role Summary: Grafton Beach Resort is seeking a dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all dining and bar operations across the resort. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring efficient and profitable food and beverage operations.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Oversee the daily operations of restaurants, bars, and banquet services
  • Supervise and manage food and beverage staff including scheduling and training
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and guest satisfaction
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage supplier relationships
  • Develop and implement menus in collaboration with the culinary team
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
  • Monitor financial performance and control operational costs
  • Address guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a Food & Beverage management role within hospitality
  • Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or Culinary Management
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and restaurant operations
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem solving skills
