Role Summary: Whipped Restaurant is seeking an experienced Front of House Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure every guest receives an exceptional dining experience. The successful candidate will lead the front-of-house team while maintaining the highest standards of customer service, efficiency, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the dining room and front-of-house team.
  • Supervise servers, bartenders, hosts, and cashiers.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently maintained.
  • Handle guest concerns and resolve service issues professionally.
  • Manage staff scheduling and daily shift operations.
  • Monitor restaurant cleanliness and presentation.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure smooth service.
  • Train and mentor front-of-house staff.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience managing restaurant front-of-house operations.
  • Diploma or Certification in Hospitality Management, Restaurant Management, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
