Role Summary: Le Grand Courlan Spa Resort is seeking an experienced Property & Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance, functionality, safety, and overall condition of the resort’s buildings, equipment, grounds, and infrastructure. The successful candidate will lead preventative and corrective maintenance programmes while ensuring facilities consistently meet operational, safety, and guest-service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee maintenance and upkeep of guest areas, back-of-house facilities, grounds, equipment, and building systems.
• Manage preventative maintenance schedules for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and other essential systems.
  Supervise maintenance personnel, contractors, and external service providers.
• Conduct routine property inspections and ensure identified issues are addressed promptly.
• Coordinate emergency repairs and minimize disruption to guests and hotel operations.
• Monitor maintenance expenditure, materials, equipment, and inventory.
• Maintain records of inspections, repairs, servicing, and preventative maintenance.
• Ensure facilities comply with applicable health, safety, fire, and environmental requirements.
• Collaborate with other department managers on renovation, improvement, and operational projects.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in facilities, property, engineering, or maintenance management, preferably within hospitality.
• Diploma, Degree, or relevant technical certification in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Services, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong working knowledge of building systems, preventative maintenance, and facilities operations.
• Proven supervisory and contractor-management skills.
• Strong planning, budgeting, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to respond effectively to urgent maintenance and operational issues.
