Role Summary: The Admin Assistant will provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth functioning of hotel operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a busy hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage correspondence, phone calls, and emails in a professional manner.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain records, files, and reports.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, interviews, and appointments.
- Support the management team with document preparation and presentations.
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive hotel and staff information.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in administrative or clerical work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- High school diploma; Associate Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
