Administrative Assistant (Technical & Field Support)

Role Summary
You will be a key administrative partner supporting project teams, field deployments and client and executive reporting. This role requires initiative, discretion and a commitment to efficiency as KVR grows its regional projects and client engagements.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate logistics for field inspections, stakeholder meetings and training events.
• Manage internal documentation, file systems and client correspondences.
• Prepare reports, assist with content formatting (including technical media) and support timekeeping for projects.
Required Qualifications and Skills
• A-levels, diploma, or associate’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
• 1 to 3 years’ experience in an administrative or coordination role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.).
• Strong organisation, time management, discipline, integrity and team collaboration.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and cultural awareness and sensitivity across diverse teams.
Desirable
• Exposure to engineering, sustainability or environmental sector.
• Familiarity with field reporting systems or project coordination tools.
• Cultural awareness and a positive, can-do attitude.
