Role Summary: We are seeking friendly and reliable Bell Boys to assist guests with luggage and provide support throughout their stay. This position is key to creating a warm first impression and ensuring smooth guest arrivals and departures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and assist with luggage upon arrival and departure.
• Escort guests to rooms and explain hotel facilities and amenities.
• Provide information on local attractions and services.
• Deliver packages, messages, and amenities to guest rooms.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of lobby and entrance areas.
• Assist in coordinating guest transportation when needed.
• Support the front desk and guest services team.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in guest services, hospitality, or related role.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy luggage.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Desirable Qualities:

• Friendly and approachable personality.
• Strong knowledge of Tobago’s attractions and services.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
