Location: Piarco International Airport, Trinidad.

Shifts: 4pm to 12am (midnight) + 12am (midnight) to 8am

Requirements:

• Must be 25 years of age or older
• Must live in close proximity to Piarco
• Must possess a valid Trinidad & Tobago Driver’s License
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Previous experience in the car rental, hospitality, or customer service industry is an asset but not required

Job Description: Economy Rent A Car is looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Rental Car Agent to join our team at the Piarco International Airport.

Qualifications: 

• Must have at least 2 years experience in Customer Service or Sales
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Passes in CXC English A and Mathematics

Duties:

• Greeting and assisting customers with reservations and vehicle returns
• Explaining rental terms and conditions
• Inspecting vehicles before and after rentals
• Processing payments and rental agreements
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
• Driving vehicles between airport terminals and parking areas as needed
