Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of the hotel. The successful candidate will ensure all departments operate smoothly, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across all hotel departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance).
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve service issues promptly.
- Manage budgets, resources, and operational costs efficiently.
- Supervise and train department heads and staff.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality standards.
- Collaborate with the General Manager on strategic initiatives.
- Produce operational reports and recommendations for improvements.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 2 years’ management experience in hotel operations.
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or related field.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Desirable Qualities:
- Hands-on leadership style with a guest-first approach.
- Proven track record in improving service delivery and efficiency.
- Ability to manage and motivate multi-department teams.
