Job Description: We’re looking for a customer-focused rooms division manager to oversee the hotel’s daily operations for the front office and housekeeping divisions. You must be an exceptional leader and have experience managing staff, solving problems for clients, and making sure that our customers have a 5-star experience. Our ideal applicant is passionate about delivering top-notch customer service while ensuring compliance with hotel expenses and quality requirements so we remain profitable. We need a supervisor with at least three years of experience, preferably in the front desk or housekeeping department of a hotel. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of front office, housekeeping, reservations, and guest services departments.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and maximize revenue through effective room inventory management.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance throughout guest rooms and public areas.
• Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally, ensuring prompt resolution.
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas to maintain quality standards.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations and communication.
• Train, develop, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional guest service.

Requirements and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree / certification in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel operations / management.
• Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and reservation platforms.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and maximize revenue.
• Proven ability to handle guest complaints and resolve issues effectively.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
