Role Summary: The Housekeeper ensures that all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standard. The ideal candidate should be reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to providing a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas.
  • Replace linens, towels, and amenities as needed.
  • Report maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Follow hotel safety and sanitation standards.
  • Assist with laundry and special cleaning tasks as required.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar environment.
  • Knowledge of cleaning products, procedures, and health standards.
  • Ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods.
  • CSEC passes or equivalent education preferred.
  • Training in housekeeping or sanitation is an asset.

  • Strong attention to detail and work ethic.
  • Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
  • Friendly and respectful when interacting with guest
