Role Summary: Grafton Hotel is hiring Housekeeping Staff to maintain the cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms and public areas. The successful candidates will play a vital role in ensuring guests enjoy a welcoming and spotless environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and prepare guest rooms to hotel standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of hallways, public areas, and facilities.
- Replenish linens, amenities, and supplies as required.
- Report damages, maintenance needs, and lost & found items.
- Follow cleaning schedules and assignments.
- Adhere to safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in housekeeping (hotel or similar environment).
- Strong attention to detail and efficiency.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be flexible with working hours, weekends, and holidays.

- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
