Role Summary: We are seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the cleanliness and readiness of guest rooms and public areas. This role ensures that the hotel maintains the highest standards of hygiene, comfort, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and assign daily tasks to housekeeping staff.
  • Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
  • Train and coach staff on cleaning techniques and hotel policies.
  • Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed.
  • Handle guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related issues.
  • Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage.
  • Enforce safety and sanitation protocols.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or senior housekeeping role.
  • Strong organizational and team leadership skills.
  • Keen eye for detail and commitment to high standards.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
