Location: Black Rock, Tobago (Applicants must be residents of Tobago or willing to relocate from Trinidad)

Role Summary: The HR Co-Coordinator will support the Human Resource function of the hotel, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance with labor laws. This position requires confidentiality, strong organizational skills, and a solid understanding of HR practices in Trinidad and Tobago.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate employee training sessions and performance appraisals.
  • Handle employee queries and provide HR-related guidance.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Human Resources or administration.
  • Degree or Certificate in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • Knowledge of Trinidad & Tobago labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
