Location: Black Rock, Tobago (Applicants must be residents of Tobago or willing to relocate from Trinidad)
Role Summary: The HR Co-Coordinator will support the Human Resource function of the hotel, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance with labor laws. This position requires confidentiality, strong organizational skills, and a solid understanding of HR practices in Trinidad and Tobago.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate employee training sessions and performance appraisals.
- Handle employee queries and provide HR-related guidance.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Human Resources or administration.
- Degree or Certificate in Human Resource Management or related field.
- Knowledge of Trinidad & Tobago labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
