Role Summary: Grafton Beach Resort is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the resort’s facilities, equipment, and infrastructure. The successful candidate will ensure all systems operate efficiently while maintaining a safe and well maintained environment for guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the maintenance team
• Conduct routine inspections of buildings, equipment, and grounds
• Ensure timely repair and maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems
• Implement preventative maintenance programs to reduce equipment downtime
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from various departments
• Maintain records of maintenance work, repairs, and inspections
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
• Monitor maintenance supplies and coordinate procurement when necessary

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 2 years experience in a maintenance supervisory role, preferably in hospitality or facilities management
• Certification or technical training in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Maintenance, HVAC, or related field
• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety standards
• Leadership and team management skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently
