Job Description: Sales representatives are responsible for communicating the benefits of a company’s products in order to drive sales. Sales reps serve as the point of contact between a business and its prospects or clients and have a range of responsibilities including identifying and educating prospective customers while supporting existing clients with information and assistance that relates to products and services.

Duties:
• Source and develop client referrals
• Prepare sales action plans and strategies
• Schedule sales activity
• Maintain and expand given customer database
• Make sales calls to new and existing clients
• Develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients
• Negotiate with clients
• Develop sales proposals
• Expected to be a part of product training
• Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person
• Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
• Follow up on sales activity
• Perform quality checks on product and service delivery
• Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management
• Carry out market research and surveys
• Participate in sales events
• Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development
• Complete daily route as scheduled

Education and Experience:
• Minimum of 5 O’ Level Subjects (Maths & English A Compulsory)
• Knowledge of relevant computer applications
• Knowledge of principles and practices of sales
• Knowledge of customer service principles
• Knowledge of basic business principles
• Experience in sales
• Experience in making presentations
• Ability to achieve sales targets
