Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Outlets Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the hotel’s bars and restaurants. The successful candidate will ensure that service runs smoothly, staff perform to standard, and guests enjoy a world-class dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise waitstaff, bartenders, and service teams across outlets.
- Monitor daily operations and resolve service issues promptly.
- Train and mentor staff in customer service and hospitality standards.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and service regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock ordering.
- Collaborate with management on promotions and menu planning.
- Handle guest feedback and maintain a positive dining atmosphere.
- Prepare shift schedules and ensure adequate staffing.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Certification or diploma in Hospitality Management.
- Minimum 2 years’ supervisory experience in food & beverage operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Desirable Qualities:
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Professional, guest-focused, and solution-oriented.
- Knowledge of POS and reservation systems.
- Experience in both casual and fine dining service.
