Role Purpose:
The Personal Assistant provides direct, structured support to the CEO, ensuring effective management of time, priorities, communication and information flow.
The role acts as a central coordination point between the CEO and the wider business, helping to reduce operational noise, improve discipline and ensure that priorities are executed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support & Time Management
• Manage CEO calendar, scheduling and prioritisation of meetings
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring proper preparation
• Ensure CEO time is focused on high-value activities
Communication & Coordination
• Act as the first point of coordination for internal requests to the CEO
• Screen and prioritise communication (emails, calls, meeting requests)
• Ensure follow-ups and actions are tracked and completed
Information Management
• Prepare meeting briefs, summaries and key documents
• Maintain organised and confidential records of discussions and decisions
• Ensure key information is captured and not lost in informal channels
Operational Support
• Coordinate travel, logistics and external engagements
• Support execution of key initiatives and priorities
• Assist with document preparation, presentations and reporting
Governance & Discretion
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with strict discretion
• Ensure communication and access to the CEO is structured and appropriate
• Support a more disciplined and professional operating environment
Skills & Experience:
Essential
• Proven experience supporting a senior executive (CEO, Director, or equivalent)
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• High level of discretion and confidentiality
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
Desirable
• Experience in a fast-paced or growing business environment
• Familiarity with business operations, finance, or project coordination
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office / productivity tools
