Job Vacancy: Property Maintenance Supervisor

Role Summary: The Property Maintenance Supervisor will oversee all maintenance operations for the hotel, ensuring facilities, equipment, and grounds are properly maintained and meet safety standards. This role requires a strong technical background and proven leadership in facilities management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and schedule maintenance staff across electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and general repairs.
  • Inspect property and equipment regularly to identify and address maintenance needs.
  • Ensure all systems operate efficiently and safely.
  • Manage preventive maintenance programs.
  • Monitor inventory and request supplies or equipment repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Provide training and support to maintenance staff.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or senior technician.
  • Certification in Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, or related technical field.
  • Knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and safety standards.
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

  • Multi-skilled in various trades.
  • Strong attention to detail and proactive work ethic.
  • Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to emergencies.
