Job Vacancy: Property Maintenance Supervisor

Role Summary: The Property Maintenance Supervisor will oversee all maintenance operations for the hotel, ensuring facilities, equipment, and grounds are properly maintained and meet safety standards. This role requires a strong technical background and proven leadership in facilities management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and schedule maintenance staff across electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and general repairs.
- Inspect property and equipment regularly to identify and address maintenance needs.
- Ensure all systems operate efficiently and safely.
- Manage preventive maintenance programs.
- Monitor inventory and request supplies or equipment repairs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Provide training and support to maintenance staff.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or senior technician.
- Certification in Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, or related technical field.
- Knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and safety standards.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
