Role Summary: We are seeking a Rooms Manager to oversee the daily operations of the Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Services. The successful candidate will ensure guest satisfaction, smooth room operations, and consistent delivery of hotel standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate activities of front desk, housekeeping, and guest service staff.
- Monitor room availability, reservations, and guest check-in/check-out procedures.
- Ensure cleanliness and readiness of guest rooms and public areas.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve service issues promptly.
- Maintain communication between departments for seamless guest experiences.
- Prepare schedules, manage staff performance, and provide training.
- Monitor service quality, safety, and compliance with hotel standards.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in hotel room operations or supervisory/management role.
- Diploma or certification in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or related field.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple departments and maintain high service standards.
Desirable Qualities:
- Hands-on leadership style and guest-focused approach.
- Ability to handle pressure and make quick decisions.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
