Location: Black Rock, Tobago (Applicants must be residents of Tobago or willing to relocate from Trinidad)

Role Summary: We are looking for Waiters/Waitresses to provide warm, professional, and efficient service to our guests. You will ensure that all meals and beverages are served to the highest standard while creating a welcoming dining atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests, presenting menus and daily specials.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar.
• Serve meals and drinks promptly and professionally.
• Monitor tables and attend to guest needs throughout service.
• Process payments and handle POS transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and service protocols.
• Support team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Certification in Food & Beverage Service or Hospitality.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a hotel or restaurant.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong teamwork and multitasking ability.
• Must be polite, professional, and guest-focused.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Desirable Qualities:

• Knowledge of fine dining etiquette.
• Knowledge of fine dining etiquette.
